Returns + Exchanges Overview

At Quality in Mind CS., all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery.

You may return your unused product within 14 days of purchase and we will refund your products only in full. Original shipping costs and tax is non-refundable. The buyer is also responsible for the shipping cost on all return items.  We do not accept exchanges at this time, and recommend placing a new order for the item you would like instead.

Initiate the Return Process

• Within 14 days of your order, please fill out the form below to start the return process.
• If the request is approved, please be sure that your package is returned using the bubble wrap and paper that it was packed in or something similar. Be sure that the candles are protected and packed securely sot hat they arrive back to us in good condition.
• The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns, please provide us the tracking information on returned items in the email thread.
